Patrick Update

Sorry there have been so few posts this week. It was my first week back at work since Patrick was born so we're all getting in the swing of things with the new schedule.

Patrick had his 2 week check-up yesterday and everything went great. He now weighs 8lbs 7.5oz and is 20.25 inches long! He gets more and more alert every day and even spoiled us with a couple great nights of sleep this week.

Patrick's Aunt Mandie got in last night from Idaho and got to meet him for the first time. We're really excited to have her staying with us for the next week (and no, it's not just because she'll help us get Patrick's closet organized; although, that's a pretty nice bonus).

The other member of the family Patrick has gotten to spend a lot of time with is our dog Roxanne. So far, he and Roxy get along great. She's very watchful with him and comes and gets us every time he cries. We call her The Babysitter.
